 Not sure where it tells you in the rules on how long it takes to get better when some civvy knocks 7 bells of shite out of you ??... (and then goes off and nicks the slag that 3 blokes were fightong over).

Could see stuff about losing an arm or leg, but i was only knocked out ( from a evil underhanded blow to the head no dout !!), and am only down a few points.
if soomeone could please tell me on what recoverry time to expect, would be most happy, thanks.

 It's in the rules, the first week after your injury you recover half your END. After that it's 1x your Con each week. You'll see two numbers on your character sheet, Max END and Current END. If they match, you are healed. If the current number is lower, you have some more healing to do.
