Arthur Chance would like to apply to be a sailor on the Halcyon, the Achilles and what I seem to remember is the Agammemnon (can't download the rules here either). He'd also like to apply for any posts available to sailors which don't have restrictions other than being a crewmember of the appropriate ship for all three vessles, just in case he is actually accepted by one of them.
